1.5% Investor Rate:  How much could you save with APFG?

We are pleased to offer one of the best investment strategies available in the Australian marketplace today. This product allows homeowners to take advantage of ultra-low interest rates to drastically reduce their monthly payments on their current mortgage and then allocate the savings to build wealth and portfolio through cash flow positive investment properties.

The 1.5% Owner-Occupier Loan product is offered to current homeowners who would like to refinance their current mortgage, with rates starting as low as 1.5%, through a 100% offset account and redraw facility. Not only can the homeowners lower their monthly payments, but many choose to use the Loan product to pay their mortgage faster through lump sum or higher loan repayments.
